Within weeks on board I began working on email development and deployment with the agency partner until its dismissal. Subsequently, I took complete ownership and began coordinating with internal teams directly, designing communications based on sales goals and business objectives for online and in-store promotions.

The change of hands allowed me the prime opportunity to update Sendlane templates, creating multiple variations with less reliance on AI generated images and instituting greater brand consistency. In addition to providing email design, copywriting and general management, I introduced A/B testing and multi-faceted campaigns that include social media and website components.

Some of the results have been 4 of the highest open rates, between 55.38% and 71.55%, and 7 of the 10 highest converting emails.
